  • A more probable cause for the "Check engine" light is a bad O2 sensor - if the ECU finds that this sensor's reading does not change over a long time the ECU might consider this to be a faulty ...
  • Sep 18, 2017 · But. The fuel pump relay should still be open. Once the engine starts and stays running, the ECU simultaniously supplies a ground to the fuel pump relay causing it to close; it's a ground switched relay. Measuring voltage at 87 of that relay is kind of moot at that point. A relay generally makes a "click" sound when its turned on.
  • Sep 04, 2018 · Doing this will sever the connection that leads to the actual CKF sensor to the ECU and prevent conflicts with the ECU that may arise such as CEL 9 (CYP) and P1337 (CSF sensor no signal). Ultimately, this will allow C22/CKFP to piggyback the C29/CYPP signal without issue. On the same ‘C’ connector, locate pin C30 (CYPM) and C31 (CKFM ...

Nov 26, 2013 · Step 4 you will need to put your ECU into bootmode: In order to enter bootmode you will have to ground out pin24 on the ECU using the following procedure, 1. ecu power off 2. ground pin 24 3. power on ecu. 4. wait 2-3 seconds. (some people say up to 10 seconds) 5. remove pin 24 ground 6. try to connect Step 5 opening Command

Как найти и исправить электрические проблемы в вашем автомобиле (Ground Fault).Feb 28, 2013 · It should be about 4.5V (3.5V for a 1990 ECU). Measure the voltage on pin 1 of the car's diagnostic connector (connects to the V2 cable's pin with the green wire). It should be pulsing, indicating diagnostic info. Check that pin 12 of the car's diagnostic connector (connects to the V2 cable's pin with the black wire) has continuity to ground.
Nov 03, 2010 · Check your wiring harness and connectors good. Especially check lower machine harness where cab wiring connects to it, just above hyd tank, then it runs along top of hyd tank and goes to fuse box and ECU. Check it good for abrasion points where it's rubbing against things. The ECU is located behind a panel on left side of machine.
Jul 08, 2019 · How to Check N-Channel Mosfets. 1) Set the DMM to the diode range. 2) Keep the mosfet on a dry wooden table on its metal tab, with the printed side facing you and leads pointed towards you. 3) With a screwdriver or meter probe, short the gate and drain pins of the mosfet. Dec 04, 2010 · Universal ECU management systems - I don't know too much about them but I assume they build ECUs from the ground up (hardware/firmware) to work with many sensor and actuator types. They're not just replacing your ECU's program - they replace the entire ECU. When you push the ac power on it sends a power signal to the control module. The module sends a power signal to the ecu and the ecu sends a ground back to the control module to ground the ac compressor relay then the relay sends power to the compressor. The pressure switches are wired in to the ecu to kill power to the system .
