Pass a pointer to a 'struct curl_certinfo *' and you'll get it set to point to struct that holds a number of linked lists with info about the certificate chain, assuming you had CURLOPT_CERTINFO enabled when the previous request was done. Pass a pointer to a null-terminated string as parameter. The string should be the file name of your client certificate. The default format is "P12" on Secure Transport and "PEM" on other engines, and can be changed with CURLOPT_SSLCERTTYPE .
In Windows, the certificate is added to the LocalMachine certificate location, with the certificate store that the user provided. In Linux, the certificate is placed under the /var/lib/waagent directory, with the file name UppercaseThumbprint.crt for the X509 certificate file and UppercaseThumbprint.prv for the private key. Retire certificates FALSE to stop cURL from verifying the peer's certificate. Alternate certificates to verify against can be specified with the CURLOPT_CAINFO option or a certificate directory can be specified with the CURLOPT_CAPATH option. TRUE by default as of cURL 7.10. Default bundle installed as of cURL 7.10.
